Quantity Takeoff / Estimating
Simplex Services prepares takeoffs and from them generates estimates automatically, precisely and very fast. We use Planswift for takeoffs and Microsoft Excel macros to automate data entry, data collection and calculations to generate estimates/proposals to be sent directly to your Customers. The tools can also interact with QuickBooks or other support solutions. We have a different approach on takeoff services pricing. We do not charge a rate per hour, we charge based on the total quantity of square feet of the takeoff using our proprietary price calculation process. Our company develops, deploys and maintains automated tools (MS Excel macros and other automation software) that will increase speed and precision, save time and money with personnel to streamline business processes.
